| | This Committee is involved with all forms of music, drama, creative writing, together with art and photography. It is also famous for its Christmas interpretations.
| | The Committee has a very wide remit. It is involved with all matters concerning the Department of Environment, Farming and Rural Affairs, Science and Technology, European Affairs, Consumer Protection and the DSS. The Autumn lectures have taken place over several years when various topics have been studied.
| | The Committee arranges various craft workshops.  The yearly coffee morning with demonstrations is always very popular.  There's the Home Skills and Gardens Day, when 3 expert speakers entertain members on food, craft and gardening topics.  There is a competition relation to one of the speakers and Country Markets provide a wonderful selection of goods for sale.  The Committee always welcomes new ideas from members.
| | This Committee is made up of WI Advisers who are NFWI trained. They in turn arrange training sessions for WI members and are responsible for opening up all new WIs within Avon. They are also involved in the Agenda/Resolution meetings as well as ACWW (Associated Country Women of the World).
| | The Committee organises many indoor and outdoor activities ranging from horse riding and sailing, croquet and bowling tournaments, walks, skittles and dance sessions, darts and the popular quiz evenings.  Being active has high priority, so this has a big part to play in all the Committee’s arrangements.”
